From a guaranteed-label olive comes an extra-virgin oil processed using the continuous pit extraction method: a system that, by preventing the oil from coming into contact with the air, safeguards its quality while maintaining its organoleptic characteristics.
Galano's Farm accepts the modern challenge, experimenting with new solutions in order to meet the demand of an increasingly complex and demanding market. Thus from the meeting of two excellent traditional products, citrus fruits and extra virgin olive oil, an innovative product was born, linked to the culinary trend in vogue in recent years: food seasoning, flavored with lemon or orange.
